The main objective is to provide support to enhance the careers of the ESRs.
Main tasks of WP3 include:
i) To ensure an efficient and effective recruitment process at different levels.
ii) To serve as contact point for the ESRs during their work for any urgent needs.
iii) To support exchange researchers during their secondments and iv) to develop personal career development plans.
